My Story
I’ve served as a police officer for more than ten years, with over eight spent in tactical firearms operations. My work covered armed response, command roles and deployments in high-risk environments — all built on clear communication, steady judgement and calm decision-making under pressure.
I now also teach as a tactical firearms instructor, helping others build confidence and sound judgement when things are complex or fast-moving.
I founded Copernicus and Wolf after reading a joint report by Shelter and KPMG on the UK housing market. It made me want to build something lasting — a business that could create real opportunity and security for my son’s future.
What began as sourcing and flipping residential projects has grown into a broader, more focused path. Today, I support private investors, SME developers and landowners through private capital introductions, land acquisition and clear property guidance. I also continue to grow my own portfolio through C&W Acquisitions Ltd.
My background in policing shapes how I run this business — calm under pressure, structured in process and guided by integrity. I bring the same discipline and care to every deal, every introduction and every conversation.
The Path So Far
– Sourced more than 20 property opportunities for investors
– Raised over £1 million in private finance for SME developers
– Working on two further schemes with a combined £1.8 million in investment and a GDV of about £3.2 million
– Developing two HMOs within my own portfolio, partly backed by a fixed-term private investor
– Asked to review and sense-check sourced deals before they’re shared with buyers
– Trusted to appraise land and early-stage sites for other sourcers and developers
– Invited to support different communities as an admin and guide others on how to shape offers
– Supporting an AI property company by giving real-world feedback as they shape their product
– Help other introducers improve how they approach deals and position themselves
– Build steady, one-to-one relationships with investors, developers and landowners who want clear, simple support
